Ad Outreach is seeking a talented and driven Remote Sales Representative to join our successful sales team. In this role, you will focus on converting inbound leads into satisfied clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored YouTube ad solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Experience
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube ads and digital marketing, or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones.
    • Day to Day
  • Inbound Lead Management: Engage with and qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts to identify high-potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings and presentations, showcasing the benefits of our YouTube ad strategies and how they can help businesses scale.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand each prospect's business goals and challenges to recommend the most appropriate YouTube ad solutions.
  • Sales Conversion: Work to close deals efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our account management team.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest trends in YouTube advertising and digital marketing to better serve our clients and stay competitive in the market.
    • Working hours

    This is a full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility is required to meet the demands of the role, which may include occasional evenings or weekends to attend client meetings, industry events, or to meet critical deadlines.
