BNB Formula is looking for a driven and charismatic Remote Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound leads generated through Brian Page’s extensive online presence and paid advertising campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective students, understand their investment goals, and guide them toward enrolling in the BNB Formula program. This position requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others achieve success through Airbnb investing.

Experience
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote or inbound sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment, particularly Airbnb or short-term rentals, or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones.
  • Day to Day
  • Inbound Lead Management: Engage with and qualify high-potential inbound leads generated from Brian’s online presence and paid ad campaigns.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual consultations and sales presentations to demonstrate the value of the BNB Formula and how it can help individuals build profitable Airbnb businesses.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand each prospect's financial goals and challenges to recommend the most appropriate program options.
  • Sales Conversion: Close sales efficiently, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential students, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress within the CRM system.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on Airbnb investment trends and strategies to better serve prospective students and add value during consultations.
