BNB Investor Academy is seeking a motivated and driven Remote Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our growth by connecting with prospective students, understanding their investment goals, and guiding them to the right educational programs that will help them succeed in the Airbnb market. This position requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others achieve financial success through real estate investing.

Experience
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote or inside sales environment.
  • Understanding of real estate investment, particularly in Airbnb or short-term rentals, or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones.
  • Day to Day
  • Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential customers, including both new and experienced real estate investors, through various channels such as inbound paid leads & lead lists.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations, clearly conveying the value and benefits of BNB Investor Academy’s educational offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand the unique goals and challenges of each prospective investor to recommend the most suitable BNB Investor Academy programs.
  • Sales Conversion: Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress within the CRM system.
  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions to help refine our programs and sales strategies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in Airbnb investing and short-term rentals to effectively communicate with prospective students.
