Bolt Deals.io is seeking an energetic and motivated Remote Sales Representative to handle inbound leads generated through our social media ad campaigns. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective investors, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them close more deals. This role requires a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate investment.
Experience
Proven experience in sales, ideally in real estate investment or a related field.Strong understanding of real estate investment processes, or a willingness to learn.Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long-lasting client relationships.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Flexibility to work with clients across different time zones.Day to Day
Inbound Lead Management: Engage and qualify inbound leads from social media ad campaigns to assess potential clients’ needs.Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings and sales calls, clearly explaining how Bolt Deals.io can help investors close more deals and scale their businesses.Needs Assessment: Identify and understand the goals of prospective investors to recommend the most appropriate solutions.Sales Conversion: Close sales efficiently, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and progress in the CRM system.Continuous Learning: Stay informed on real estate investment trends and digital marketing strategies to better serve our clients.
