Flip System is seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our expanding team. As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by connecting with prospective real estate investors, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right educational products that will help them flip more homes successfully. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve financial success through real estate investment.

Experience
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote or inside sales environment.
  • Understanding of real estate investment and home flipping principles, or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones.
  • Day to Day
  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers, including aspiring and experienced real estate investors, through various channels such as inbound paid traffic & old lead lists.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations, clearly communicating the value and benefits of Flip System’s educational programs.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand the unique challenges and goals of each prospective investor to recommend the most suitable Flip System programs.
  • Sales Conversion: Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions to help refine our offerings and sales strategies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest trends and strategies in real estate investing and home flipping to effectively communicate with prospective students.
  • Working hours

    This is a full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility is required to meet the demands of the role, which may include occasional evenings or weekends to attend client meetings, industry events, or to meet critical deadlines.
