The Flip Secrets is seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be crucial in driving our growth by connecting with prospective mentees, understanding their investment ambitions, and guiding them toward the mentorship programs that will best help them succeed in the home-flipping industry. This position requires excellent sales skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping others realize their potential in real estate investing.

Experience
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote or inside sales environment.
  • Understanding of real estate investment, particularly in home flipping, or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones.
  • Day to Day
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential customers, including both aspiring and seasoned real estate investors, through various channels such as inbound paid ads & lead lists.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively conveying the value and benefits of The Flip Secrets mentorship programs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand the unique goals and challenges of each prospective investor to recommend the most appropriate mentorship programs.
  • Sales Conversion: Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and program development teams based on customer interactions to help refine our offerings and sales strategies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends in home flipping and real estate investment to effectively communicate with prospective mentees.
  • Working hours

    This is a full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility is required to meet the demands of the role, which may include occasional evenings or weekends to attend client meetings, industry events, or to meet critical deadlines.
